Living Punta Cana Tours (LPC Tours) is a fully licensed inbound Tour Operator based in Punta Cana, regularly registered and approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Our goal is to provide always high quality service without the hassle of high prices.
We have chosen to focus our work only online as in this way we can cut the costs and provide to our customers always competitive and very attractive prices. The tours we offer (with few exceptions) ARE NOT our tours. Our goal is to pick what we think are the best activities and the most interesting and exciting excursions available in Punta Cana and offer them to our readers at a fair and competitive price. The same tours we offer online are offered by the main tour operators at any hotel located in Punta Cana.
All the tours we offer are provided by authorized and fully insured companies and price ALWAYS includes round trip transportation from any hotel or other accommodation located in the Punta Cana area. (For some areas like Uvero Alto, Cabeza de Toro, Cap Cana however for some tours could be required a small extra).
Each tour outfitter has a different policy regarding payment. Some of them require the full payment in advance. Others just a deposit. When possible we try to ask just a deposit online so our customers can feel more comfortable in booking online with us.
Once we receive a new reservation, few days before the tour we send an email confirmation with all the details including pick up time and tips for having a better tour. Again we work only online so make sure you have internet available at your hotel. Otherwise you can always call us at our phone numbers so we can provide you all the info you need to know.
When booking a tour, the room number is MANDATORY. If a tour is booked when the customer has not arrived yet at the hotel, this info can be sent by email after the customer has checked in. Or you can always call us. Without a room number the tour companies could be not allowed to enter your hotel and we can’t guarantee you’ll be pickud up the day of the tour. Most of the tours can be booked till the day before according with the availability.
Cancellation Policy: in case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it, we always provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required at least 24 hours before the starting of the tour. In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.
